Riding with Pedal & Plate makes it super simple to do the exact ride you want in length, difficulty and surface. You can ride as hard or slow as you want. Plus, we ride to eat and to have our spoon stand-up in our thick and creamy hot chocolate while overlooking a picturesque medieval village and surrounding countryside is a treasured and lasting part of the experience.
